Production Time. Transit times for shipping and upgrades do not affect in lab production times.
Studio Shipping Options
For orders delivered to the shipping address in your account settings, here's what you need to know:
- For orders that meet our $12.00 minimum order, standard studio shipping is free.
- Studio orders that are less than $12.00 will be rounded up to meet the minimum.
- Saturdays and Sundays are not considered regular shipping days.
- Saturday delivery is included with the purchase of One Day Priority shipping if it is available in the delivery area.

Additional notes:
- Duty & Taxes - ProDPI will collect the required GST or HST depending on the destination of the package. This will show up on your email confirmation and invoice as sales tax. ProDPI is the importer of the products, so you will not be billed any taxes or fees upon delivery.
- International shipping invoices will show as a second invoice charge, as fees can only be determined after an order has been packaged and weighed. This invoice will be delivered via email.
Drop Shipping Services
For orders delivered to directly to a client, friend, or family, here's what you need to know:
- Standard Drop Shipping has no order minimum, however orders with Shipping Upgrades will require the $12.00 Order Minimum to be met.
- Separate orders with the Drop Ship service can never be combined for shipment, even if they are going to the same delivery address.
- Saturdays and Sundays are not considered shipping days.
Unbranded Packaging. For all drop shipped orders, we don't include the standard order invoice and remove all of our ProDPI branding from the box and paperwork.
